Position description

We are looking for a full-time Microsoft Azure & React.js developer with strong knowledge of how to build modern and scalable applications on Microsoft Azure and React. In this position, your main responsibilities will include planning, analysis, design, coding, and testing our software applications.

We are searching for a person who can take initiative and is willing to engage in a small start-up company environment working as an integral member of our team in close co-operation with our customers and partners.

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • At least 3 years of experience developing the .NET platform and/or .NET web applications and web services
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud-native application development in Microsoft Azure
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing SOAP/REST web services
  • At least 3 years of experience in working as a React.js developer
  • In-depth knowledge of other front-end languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with Azure PaaS services such as Azure SQL, Azure Cache for Redis, and Azure Cosmos DB
  • Experience with Serverless computing (Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus)
  • Experience with Agile practices
  • Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and translate these into a winning solution
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Finnish, with the ability to engage in a self-directed fashion
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
