ContractZen Accepted into Microsoft Global Product Catalog
One of only 20 companies selected; Microsoft Sales Network and 70,000 resellers to offer ContractZen’s cloud solution for contract and meeting management.
Helsinki, Finland & Palo Alto, CA – November 26, 2018 – ContractZen, the Saas-based contract and meeting management solution, announced today that it has been selected into Microsoft’s Global Product Catalog for global sales and distribution. ContractZen is one of only 20 cloud services in the world selected by Microsoft so far.
Beginning in 2019, Microsoft will offer third-party software alongside their own products, which means that ContractZen will be sold via Microsoft’s global sales force and 70,000 cloud resellers and online stores specializing in cloud services. ContractZen’s contract management and board portal solutions, as well as virtual data room (VDR) services, have been directly integrated into Microsoft Office 365 with single sign-on and seamless billing.
“Microsoft’s decision to offer ContractZen to their customer base and partner network will be a tremendous boost to our international sales reach, and it’s a huge vote of confidence in our technology and solutions,” said Markus Mikola, CEO of ContractZen.
ContractZen’s metadata-driven cloud solution is used by companies of all sizes in over 30 countries to manage contracts, board meetings, signatures, and compliance. Its virtual data room (VDR) solution is optimized for due diligence processes such as M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
